Celebrity Makeovers

Hillary Duff is the latest in a growing line of celebrities, to get bangs to update her look. I Love the style, and the color is amazing, with a few low-lights running though the bangs, however, I cant bare to look at the scraggly extensions ! There are to few, and the color is completely off. I know Ombre is quite trendy at the moment, but it is a look best achieved on natural hair.
