How to prevent hair-loss

Constant hair loss is a major problem amongst women in Israel. Even with the high stress levels, and harsh weather conditions it is possible to minimize your shedding by following a few tips that I have thrown together to get you started.

The perfect way to start your hair growth regime is to have a vitamin rich diet.
Vitamin A  helps keep the natural oils in your scalp. Foods such as eggs, dairy products, broccoli, spinach and meats are rich in Vitamin A.
Vitamin B which has 12 variants help speed up the metabolism and help encourage healthy skin and scalp. All the vitamin B complexes can be found in fish, poultry, red meat and milk products. B12 is not found in vegetables. So vegetarians are advised to take diet supplements containing B12.
Vitamin C is the most common antioxidant  found in abundance in fruits and vegetables.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that helps regenerate the skin from the cellular level, making sure they get the right nutrients to promote healthy skin. These are mainly found in green vegetables, vegetable oils, nuts and beans.

If you want to take the less complicated route simply go to the doctor and have blood tests to determine which vitamins you are deficient in and buy supplements.
